The QualitEE project consulted its European Advisory Board and key European stakeholders on draft Financial Guidelines for Energy Efficiency Services and more generally how to increase the levels of third party finance going into energy saving projects. Christof Amann, from QualitEE project leaders E7, introduced the draft financial guidelines and there were inspiring presentations about the Sustainable Energy Financing Platform Austria (SEFIPA) and the activities of leading energy efficiency finance house SUSI partners.
